App: How We Roll

You can delete your How We Roll account and associated data directly from within the app. The steps below explain how to request account deletion.

1. Open the How We Roll app on your device.
2. Sign in to your account, if you are not already signed in.
3. Tap the Profile icon.
4. Go to Settings.
5. Select Account Settings.
6. Tap Delete Account.
7. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Once confirmed, your account deletion request will be processed. Your profile information and associated account data will be deleted and cannot be recovered.

When your account is deleted, we delete or remove access to data associated with your account, including:

• Your profile information
• Your account login information
• Your personal albums
• Your app activity associated with your account
• Photos or media that belong only to your account, where applicable

Some shared event content may remain visible to other participants if it was part of a shared event album, unless deletion is required by law or requested separately.

Please include the email address or phone number linked to your How We Roll account so we can identify your account and process the request.

We will process account deletion requests within 30 days.
